How does this work?

1. How do the digital streams and digital downloads work?
2. Oh no! I didn't create an account when I made my purchase!

The Little Empty Boxes online store associates all of your purchases with the email address you used to make your order(s). In order to watch any digital purchases or download any film files you have made in the store, you either need:

1. Your order confirmation email (the one that says "Little Empty Boxes - your digital purchase") - click on WATCH THE FILM NOW.
2. A valid account on the store from which a digital content purchase has been made. You can either Log In or check your Account page - from there just click CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL CONTENT.

That's ok. Just create an account using the email address you made your purchase with. Everything will link up like magic.

NOTE: If you paid via Paypal - your purchase was made using the email associated with your Paypal account, sometimes even against your wishes. That's just Paypal. So - make sure to use your Paypal-associated email address to create your account.

How do I cast my streaming videos onto other devices?

You can cast videos to your Apple AirPlay or Google Chromecast-equipped TV or TV device by using the Vimeo app for iPhone, iPad, or Android mobile devices. Chromecast is also supported in embedded players in web browsers.

AirPlay

To AirPlay a video to an Apple TV or other AirPlay-capable device:

1. Start playing a video. 
2. Select the AirPlay icon in the bottom-right corner of the video. 
3. Select the device that you'd like to view the video on to cast to that device. 

Viewers can also AirPlay videos from the Safari browser on macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. To do so, select the AirPlay icon in the Player and select your preferred device.

Chromecast

To cast a video to a Google Chromecast device, or a device with Chromecast built-in: 

1. Start playing a video.
2. Select the Chromecast icon  in the bottom-right of the video. 
3. Select the device that you'd like to view the video on to cast to that device.

1. In your video library, scroll to the film's video player.
2. Click on the gear wheel icon in the lower right corner of the player to view Settings.
3. Select Audio and then select "English (Commentary)".
4. The video will switch to this audio track. Click out of the menu to close it.
5. If you'd like to return to the film's original audio, select "Original Audio" in the Audio settings.
